How is the DERTOUR Foundation Organized?

Transparency is important to us – not only regarding our activities and the use of funds, but also in terms of how we are structured and make decisions. 

The DERTOUR Foundation is a registered non-profit association, governed by two bodies: the Management Board and the Members’ meeting.

The Management Board of DERTOUR Foundation e.V., elected by the Members’ meeting for a term of two years, currently consists of:

Responsibilities of the Management Board

Prepare and convene the Members' meeting and set the agenda

Represent the association externally by two Management Board members

Prepare the budget, manage bookkeeping, and produce the annual report

Decide on admission and exclusion of members

Represent the association externally by two Management Board members

Members' meeting

The Members’ meeting consists of full and associate members and meets once a year in the first half of the year. Each full member has one vote. Full members with voting rights are the DERTOUR Group companies, each represented by their management.

Associate Members: Individuals who wish to support the association financially or ideologically and are at least 18 years old can become associate members. They do not have voting rights. To become an associate member, please complete our membership application and submit it to the Board. 

Responsibilities of the Members' meeting

Approve amendments to the statutes and decide on the dissolution of the association

Decide on funding projects

Receive and approve the Management Board’s annual report

Grant discharge to the Management Board

Elect the auditor

Approve the budget for the following fiscal year

Determine and, if necessary, adjust membership fees

Elect and dismiss the Management Board members
